Recruitment Process

Client Intake
Dig deeper into the role/s outside and inside the job description to understand the company goals and the role/s, discuss the process, and agree on search parameters/avatars.
Sourcing
Sourcing begins calibration & alignment to 95% sourcing success rate in batches of 15-20 with hiring manager. Typically 1-3 rounds. Once calibrated, expand sourcing to 300+ max effort within designed parameters/avatars/targets.

Reach Outs
Fully automated 13-step drip campaign via email, Indeed, LinkedIn: messaging, inmails, connecting, SMS/text and other social platforms.
Screening Interview
Scheduled via Calender and done via Zoom, Teams or Phone, with AI transcription and recording software to ensure all Q&A and notes from the call are captured.

Candidate Submission
Submit the candidate resume, comprehensive interview write-up based on the interview and LinkedIn profile. Q&A transcription is available if wanted.
Testing
Psych, Personality, EQ, Tech Testing. A comprehensive suite of tests based on your culture and intake call where we ask a series of questions and assess any of these things, to a combo, to all, to determine whether they will be the right fit long term for your specific company, culture, team and role. We are DISC certified.

Checking in, coaching, and guiding candidates and companies on the next steps, playing the middle person between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating/scheduling interviews, checking in and gauging with candidates and hiring managers, hand on the pulse with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process until the hire.
